Después de 9 años de ausencia en lo que respecta a material nuevo, la super banda norteamericana formada por Maynard James Keenan (TOOL, PUSCIFER) y Billy Howerdel (ASHES DIVIDE), A PERFECT CIRCLE, han publicado un tema nuevo que formara parte del recopilatorio "Three Sixty" que saldrá el 19 de Noviembre a través de Universal Music Enterprises.
El tema se llama "By and Down" y lo escuchamos a continuación.
